Our team has more than 80 years of collective pilotage experience in the busy waters of Singapore. They include qualified Master Mariners with command experience on Foreign Going (FG) vessels. Our Marine Advisors have had years of experience as Class A1 pilots, piloting and anchoring vessels of all sizes in and around Singapore. These Marine Advisors are professionals and versatile with the skill sets of pilots, including the ability to conduct communicator jobs, sea trials, piggy back of oil rigs, semi-submersibles and FPSOs. Our Marine Advisors are also experienced and capable tow masters, mooring masters and STS Superintendents, serving vessels conducting STS and terminal operations in this area.

Malacca / Singapore Straits Marine Advisory service

Besides the various Marine related services offered by StrasseLink, the focus of our operations is the provision of Malacca/Singapore Straits piloting services. We provide our customers with personalised service customised to cater to your requirements.

Our Marine Advisory service is in accordance with the International Maritime Organisation's (IMO) recommendation for the carriage of pilot in the Malacca and Singapore Straits. It was noted that the Straits Pilotage service could offer optimal professional support and nautical assistance for the Captains who are not familiar with navigating in the constraint waters. The service would enhance the overall navigational safety for all users in the Straits and also contribute in the protection of environment of the littoral nations bordering the Malacca and Singapore Straits.
