Success Forever Construction & Maintenance Pte Ltd was incorporated on 27.10.1993. We are specialist contractor for a various type of works such as Building Repair, Waterproofing, Structure Repair, External facade and Leakage Repair.

Success Forever Construction and Maintenance Pte Ltd is registered with Building And Construction Authority (BCA). We had also achieved the following certifications : ISO 9001-2000, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 2004 & Bizsafe Star .

Over the years we had carried out numerous of repair works for Selective Building Contractors. We are also involved in many leakage repair works in Singapore, Our customers were from various government departments, Town councils, Factories, MCST for Condominium, Churches and Private homeowners.

With our experience and committed staffs, we had achieved very promising result in our repair work to many residential flats, houses, factories building and flats in Singapore. We had repaired more than 20,000 residential flats and houses and many commercial buildings since 27th Oct 1993. We had been maintaining a high standard of success rates in our repair works. This lead to our satisfied customers continues to engage in our professional repair service.
