Yoga

The resort invites its guests to experience a wellness retreat that can sow the ssed of the inner peace within individuals through its yoga classes. The Sudamala Suites & Villas yoga classes are part of the Sudajiva Spa programs wherein, on each week, guests can indulge themselves in scheduled complimentary yoga classes.


Under the care and guidance of its yoga instructor, Sudamala hopes to present mementos for its guests to bring back home from the yoga classes the ahve attended, guests will be able to do by themselves regular practice of simple yogic concentration and mental clarity, strengthen their body, and at the same time increase felxibility and serenity of mind.
