Their Mango Pomelo Sago is a MUST TRY!!!!.. There are so many desserts to choose!! not only desserts u also can enjoy ur lunch and dinner.. Should try their Curry chicken..
At sweet dynasty there are so many desserts to choose from! And it took me quite awhile to decide what I would take away for my family after having it there with friends. The menu was so comprehensive that I wanted to take away double share for each of us so we could try out the various desserts they serve. But I was very in control and ordered the Black Glutinous Rice with Vanilla Ice Cream ($3.50).
At Sweet Dynasty, you get to enjoy a wide range of Asian and Western crusines at affordable prices.Especially enjoyed their sambal mee goreng which is very fragrant and not too spicy and at just S$5.90 per plate, it is really worth the try.Do note that this cafeteria does charge a 10% service charge but no GST is charged here.Iced water is served free of charge and the service staffs here are friendly and approachable.Spending: Approximately SGD 15(Lunch)
Sweet dynasty is famous for their signature Curry chicken bread. The thick white toast goes really well with the full-flavour curry chicken! The rich curry flavour is so aromatic, the santan (coconut cream) is not too heavy, and overall speaking, not too spicy too!The Pork chop is a bit too dry though. The peppery sauce tastes good but stingily little. The White fungus dessert tastes good, but slightly too sweet for me. The texture of the white fungus is good, well-cooked but retain their crunchiness still.
I went to sweet dynasty with my friends for a gathering. One of my friends recommends the food there. they served both western and asian cuisine. I opted for western. I ordered their grilled salmon, it was really good. the salmon was very fresh and sweet. it was grilled perfectly. You can choose what sauce over your salmon. I chose the lemon butter. There were teriyaki and sambal sauce. as a whole it was a great dish and they opened till 11pm which was good for us to catch up longer.
After clubbing one night, my friends and I felt hungry and decided to chill out somewhere for supper. We decided to try out this cafeteria as they had lots of traditional desserts to offer. I ordered a lychee shake that came with slices of grass jelly in it. The cup was quite tall and it costs me $2.80. Tastes different from the usual milk shakes as they used coconut milk in the drink. My friends tried their other desserts like seaseme paste and peach jelly dessert. The staffs were quite annoyed as we were their last customers and they couldn\'t wait for us to leave after eating.
Went there with two friends few weeks ago and I specially ordered one of the top recommendations from their Chef, The Baked Cheese Chicken Chop! Overall, the taste is quite normal just that there is a very thick layer of cheese on top of it. Nothing special but edible for sure. Ambiance there is quite cozy for casual lunch/dinner but the place is very small as it is located in a shop house hence don\'t expect much and do make a booking before heading down as they do not have much table over there. What I dislike most is their customer service. Not only they are S.L.O.W. The cashier/boss even took his own sweet time to settle my bill when I request for it from the waitress. I was told to wait while the cashier/boss is sitting at another table happily chit chatting with his friend even tho I\'m looking at him. *angry*Spending: Approximately SGD 15(Dinner)
Good place to have lunch and dinner, well reno and good food with variaties. Local , western and traiditional desserts ... really best. Unfortunately, no coke drinks. Most important is the price are so reasonable, unbelievable nice place. The restaurant is really impress me, food and deco. Curry chicken bread - cool !! Golden Bue and lamb chop - super nice Baked cheese chicken chop - Best !! Dessert - cendol ....Spending: Approximately SGD 15(Lunch)
