About Us
Our new dining destination preserves the Pier’s intrinsic hawker culture and honours its historical role as the landing point of Singapore’s forefathers, as well as a melting pot of diverse cultures. We look forward to presenting the best of Singapore’s delicacies alongside reinterpretations of dishes from the region and Western classics. Relish our signatures like Soup Kambing; a traditional mutton soup with local spices, Porchetta; a slow-roasted spice-infused crispy suckling pig, and Massaman Lamb Rack slow-roasted with organic barley, pomegranate and fragrant herbs.
