Great place for a chilling session over steamy coffee and sweet delights. Cosy ambience tops it off. Its not the place for a big group of friends to hang out at due to space contraints, but its definitely the place for a quiet date with your other half, or a heart to heart talk with your bestie. Coffee servings were small. This I do commend on as coffee is best tasted hot and it is not easy to finish off a big cup of coffee in a short span of time. If you are looking for quantity, it probably will not please you then. Cappuccino they served was a little disappointing as it was served like a latte; very little foam. No comments on the food as we didn't try any. All in all, it is THE place to chit chat over a non-alcoholic drink.
love the place! so retro, so cosy. had a iced mocha, and boy was it good. definitely a serious place for coffee lovers! the staff gave pig-bottoms a plate of those traditional tiny biscuits with colored sugar icing toppings, the ones i used to eat when i was a kid...
Get you coffee fix at this homely cafe. Best of all, there's no service charge or GST.
Headed to The Coffee Daily! Got their warm mocha which was good! Very strong mocha taste and the fragrance of the mocha was enough to keep you satisfied. It was however abit too sweet for me. I diluted it abit with ice water and it became better. Great ambience of the café! thumbs up!Spending: Approximately SGD 4
