I've just realized that the fully paid up sofa set which I purchased in Nov13 with Montella, also known as The Wall Future, over at the Singapore Expo; with delivery lead time between 8-12 weeks, turns out to be a fraud. It's supposed to be my plan for CNY deco in the living room; and now turns into bubbles............sigh!

Hi, I was given a half lather sofa for the payment of full leather sofa. After complaining multiple times Alex Tan came to my home and promissed to replace with full lather. Couple of defective dining chairs were promiised for exchange. In return of my frustration of multiple incorrect deliveries he also promissed to provide wall papers for my living wall. I think we all should common action and make big case against Montella. I am yet to approach NPP, awaiting your inputs.

Hi to all customers who have been cheated. I am in the same plight and could be even worse, the amount of which Alex Tan and his founding company Montella took from me is huge! It was a deposit made out to Montella of good will and trust basis. The worse is when we seek him out on the phone, he claims that he is just a salesman, not the boss! I ran a search further and found him a disgusting news that he was a recipient of 2012 Successful Entrepreneur! I wonder on what criteria did he or is he qualified as one. He really think he can run away like this? With his pack of lies?! No way! I will be making police report, going to the case and reserving my rights to even consider telling or relating my plight to the press or media in Singapore. He (Alex and his wife YUKI AU) have to know what damage he has caused us, going around cheating! Btw, all companies named related to Montella is still LIVE, I had run searches paid money to buy reports, accordingly to his interview he is also MD of The Wall Story (http://www.2012entrepreneur.sg/editorials/themontellapteltd.php and http://www.singaporefurniture.com/member/the-montella-pte-ltd/). Someone has to pay for all the things they both had done to us. Singapore consumers have the right to know what is going on so as to avoid future dishonest acts of such merchants. That day when i went down to 36 Kaki Bukit, they say they does not have such a person working there. You can also try visiting No. 12 Kallang Way. Its their Warehouse and many people goods are all there. Go to level 2 by the cargo lift.

It was a nightmare dealing with Montella and Alex Tan. We are going to take legal actions against Montella for cheating us of our money and then running off. What an unethical merchant. We will definitely sue you Alex.
