popiah and kueh pie tee &a pile of green apples Town Restaurant at Fullerton Hotel satays (chicken and mutton), sushi, fried prawn dumplings durian cake, black bean/ pulut hitam tasting-thing with some green thing sitting atop, some cake that tastes pretty dense, and more banana cake chendol tao suan (aka yellow bean paste) danish pastry with very nice jam in it, banana cake with chocolate, durian cake (light and fluffy!), scone with jam and clotted cream black carrot cake, fried crab claw and an almost invisible har gao. egg mayo sandwich, smoked salmon sandwich, cucumber sandwich and cheese sandwich mee goreng, fried rice and Singaporean fried noodles

Town Restaurant is a perfect place to indulge you as the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The buffet includes signature Town laksa, freshly made prata, kueh pie tee, rojak, chicken curry and satay among other local favorites. Desserts include pandan chiffon cake, chendol (shaved ice dessert with coconut milk, red bean and pandan jelly) and tau suan (split bean dessert).

The staff was alert and efficient in changing dirty utensils for cleaner ones, creating a pleasant dining experience.
