Samsung E900: Style Has a New Name

By: Adam Caitlin

The Samsung E900 is one of the most successful Samsung handset. The handset is inspired by the design of Samsung earlier successful models like D500, D600 and D800. The handset sports a touch sensitive navigation pad which drew a lot of comparison with the LG Chocolate. Though the LG Chocolate was aesthetically more pleasing and seductively mysterious, the Samsung E900 is much better functionally.

The Samsung E900 is one of the slimmest sliders and weighs a miserly 93 grams. The handset is very carefully built with an eye for detail. Available in Black, Silver and Gold, the Samsung E900 is equally popular with both the sexes. The handset is fitted with a 256 colour deliverable TFT screen that holds out information even in bright outdoors. This triband GSM mobile phone switches automatically between bands so that you can get seamless connectivity across continents.

High speed mobile internet with download speeds of up to 236.8 kbps via EDGE and GPRS is another aspect of the Samsung E900's connectivity. The handset is endowed with a WAP 2.0/xHTML browser for quick find and even quicker download from the Internet. 80 Mb of internal memory with external memory card support is big enough for anything you'd like to download from the web - a picture or a whole video.

The Samsung E900 is equipped with a 2.0 megapixel camera with all goodies you'd expect in a camera phones. The camera features 4x digital zoom and integrated LED flash together with video recording capabilities. Shoot and share immediately with your friends via email and MMS or share it with the whole world through Picture blogging. The Samsung E900 features a high grade media player that supports MP3, ACC/ACC+, e-AAC+, WMA media files.

Talk, work, have fun on the go...and look good doing them with the Samsung E900
