The easy-to-see display is always in view, and the display panel covers and protects the 3 by 4 keyboard, ensuring a long phone life. Further, the screen is large and easy to see.

Voice memo and voicemail are standard features, as is advanced SMS and EMS messaging. Image and sound messaging comes with the SMS service package. VCard and vCalendar come standard as well. Embedded Instant Messaging makes connecting with friends a breeze, and WAP 2.0 supports Internet browsing on the SGH-T809

The Samsung SGH-T809 smartphone operates on the 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz bands, and supports Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 1.1. The proprietary operating system ensures phone safety. The phone uses CSD / GPRS Class10 / EDGE Class10 and Java 2 comes pre-installed on this phone. Users can talk for over 2.5 hours, and the phone will stand by for over 200 hours.
