The new Nokia 6500 Slide is a sleek 3G slider phone which comes in a silver and black colored casing. The handset with easy to use imaging features brings an element of fun to this smooth opening handset. The mobile phone with a 2.2 Inch colour screen has a provision of displaying upto 16 million colours. The fashion conscious handset measures 96.5mm x 46.5mm x 16.4mm which is a good size for a 3G slider phone and weighs 123 grams giving the phone a solid and quality feel when in use. The light weight handset is easy to hold in hand and carry in pocket. The 6500 Slide comes with an expandable memory option that allows the user to expand the phone memory upto a massive 4 Gbytes using a MicroSDâ„? memory card.

The battery of the handset has a 900mAh capacity and is capable of providing the user with upto 320 hours of standby time or up to 6 hours of talk time from a fully charged battery.
