Nokia N81 Deals are Brilliant

By: Mark Hirst

Much has been made about the Nokia N81 in recent months. Today it is all about music on the move. There is a large proportion would rather carry around a mobile phone that plays music, rather than a phone and a standalone mp3 player. Nokia has created the N81 to do just that and the initial signs are that this phone is being very well received. Should you buy one? This article attempts to answer this very question.

The Nokia N81 comes with a headset and remote control, connectivity cable and a 2gb memory card. The newer 8gb version does not have a MicroSD slot, which means that transferring data can only be done via Bluetooth or via a cable connection. In our opinion, if you can afford to purchase an 8gb memory card, opt for this over the in built memory.

The Nokia N81 comes in a glossy shiny black colour. Its appearance is one of its main selling points. The handset weighs a little over 140 grams and measures 17.9mm deep, 50mm wide and 102 mm high. These proportions are a little bulky, but perfectly adequate and small enough to fit in your pocket. The phone has 3g capabilities, which makes surfing the internet and data transfer an effortless action.

Nokia has designed the N81 to be its flagship media, music and gaming mobile phone. Everyone remembers the N gage and Nokia is pulling all its expertise from manufacturing this device and putting it forward into the N81. the results are fairly good, the Nokia has dedicated buttons, which puts it above other non dedicated gaming handsets. Overall the Nokia N81 is another great handset from the Nokia giants, they seem intent on capturing more market share and it seems that they are achieving it, for music the Nokia N81 rocks.
