Never expect immediate results from an exercise program. You need to be consistent with your work out to bring your game to a new level. Due to process of aging strength and flexibility of a person decreases. Because of this reason especially old golfers should stick to regular work outs. Always expect realistic results from your work outs. Many people think that golf is a non strenuous sport and does not need special work outs.
