WEAVE has been a Sacramento crises intervention services center since 1978. When Bethany Coolen needed help, they were there for her with a 24 hour crises line and a local safe-house. Today, WEAVE runs two and a site to support abuse victims in their fight for freedom, just like they did for Bethany.
