Phylice Kessler is a South Florida-based certified personal trainer who holds a Master?s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.She combines the behavioral component with the physical to help her clients overcome their obstacles and achieve their personal goals. She specializes in tailoring her client?s workouts to what their needs are utilizing many disciplines such as functional training, weight training, boot-camp type sessions and yoga.Raised in Florida, Phylice is a divorced mom of three amazing boys and two great dogs. She volunteers with her dogs through a non-profit organization visiting the elderly and sick in the South Florida area.Phylice has a busy schedule as a single mom and knows what it takes to keep a balanced healthy lifestyle. She believes that it is important to make time for yourself and your desires everyday along with juggling work, family, and home.
