Two double bedrooms are located off the main entrance area & both open onto a covered side terrace which runs down the length of the southern side of the house.

Upstairs consists of twin bedroom, a very large main bedroom suite, a walk-in dressing room/wardrobe/storage room and a large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a double hand basin, shower, bath, toilet & bidet.

Villa Rental Rates

The dining/ entertaining/ kitchen area is located pool side. Around dining table with chairs is situated adjacent to the bar area. The open plan kitchen is fitted with large gas oven/ stove, refrigerator, double sink & ample cupboard space.

The pool which measures 12 x 7 meters is set in a lush tropical garden , coconut palms & a wealth of plants. The pool also features a sunken bar with seating for four. There is also a pool side shower & separate toilet situated adjacent to the kitchen/bar area.

To the right of the entrance hall, there is an open-plan living area which overlooks the garden & pool - comfortably furnished with three rattan couches. Domestic staff consist of a live-in couple (whose quarters are adjacent to the parking area) as well as a house boy.
