Cedric’s interest in the world of cocktails and mixology started from his early days whilst he was still in the Navy, learning and making drinks in the various port of calls throughout the world. From 2011, he followed his wonderlust heart and travelled round the world again, exploring and working in various bars from Thailand, Philippines and all the way to the United States. From 2016 to 2019, Cedric further honed his skill as a cocktail mixologist as part of the Horse’s Mouth team. Email
