WestBuild achieved a significant milestone with the award of its first expressway project in 1987 - the Seletar Expressway Phase 1 from Yio Chu Kang to Lentor Avenue. In 1992, CIDB granted the Company a G8 grading in civil engineering works.

To capitalize on the Company’s market knowledge and experience, we ventured into residential property construction in 1988. This diversification has been successful in enabling the Company to take on HDB public housing projects from 1994.

Today, WestBuild Construction acts primarily as the construction arm of Hiap Hoe Limited, handling all its development projects.
