However, here at Bellydance Extraodinaire, we would like to help change this mindset and attitude towards fitness and exercise. Our fitness class uses all authentic bellydance movements working on getting a good cardio workout from our drilling exercises and also toning various parts of the body such as the abdominal, butts and more. We believe that this is a fun and productive way to staying healthy. All ages are welcome. So remember, bring a towel as there will be lots of perspiring going on! Jazz Dance - Jazz is the foundation of many sub-styles like Contemporary Jazz, Lyrical Jazz. Be trained in ballet technique, isolations and placements. Drawing inspiration from jazz dance such as Modern Jazz and Street Jazz, participants can expect a challenging and energetic fitness routine with lots of fluid body and feet movements, encouraging good posture and improving one's sense of balance and rhythm.KPOP Dance - KPOP dance is a musical genre consisting of pop, dance, electropop, hip hop, rock, R&B, electronic music originating in South Korea. For fans of Korean pop music, loving their songs are not enough. We want to move & dance like our singing & dancing idols too. Join this class and Learn to groove & dance like your favourite Korean Pop Stars in our K Pop Dance classes! Hip Hop Dance - Hip Hop culture consists of four main elements: graffiti art, break dancing, DJing and emceeing. The students will learn about musicality and full body control. Through the course, students will learn about isolations, waves, body rolls, popping, floorworks and power moves. They will also learn how to move according to the pace and feel of the music. Be amazed by how naturally the body can groove once the music starts.Modern & Ballet Dance - A technical class which combines elements of Ballet, Modern, and Jazz dance techniques. It also emphasizes on listening skills and portrayal of emotions through movement. It is performed to the lyrics of a song, which is the driving force and inspiration of the moves. Unlimited Class!!
