A Diet With Dieting Shake

Different diet allows different foods. For some diets, you may be required to take tons of fruits and vegetables. Some other diets may require you to cut of the intake of carbohydrates. Of course there are also diets which only let you eat one sing food every day. For a particular kind of diet, you will be required to take the dieting shake.



In fact, the basic concept behind the diet is that you can only take the shakes for your breakfast and lunch every day. Besides the shakes, you will be allowed to eat a little bit of fruit and a nutrition bar for these two meals.

For the dinner, however, you will be allowed to eat the food you like. Of course you have to make the dinner a balanced one. If you think of it clearly, you will find that you can only eat nutritious food at the dinner time. You are only getting some vitamins and minerals from the shakes. This means that you in fact eat very little a day. The amount of food you eat can just keep you alive!

Besides the above eating plan, people who take this diet will be require to drink six to eight glasses of water everyday. Without any surprise, you will also need to do exercises in order to speed up the weight loss process. However, the problem here is that the calorie intake of the eating plan is only 1200 calories everyday. And it will be quite impossible for such calorie intake to support you to do the exercises.

As a matter of fact, the bigger problem of this diet is that there is no support for the dieters. You will probably lose your determination to stick to the diet if there is no support at all. What you can get are only the boxes of the shakes. You need to have the self-discipline in order to stick to the diet.

Of course it can also be a good training for you. You are forced to learn to control yourself. If you can do so, you will find it a lot easier to stick to any kind of dieting plans! You may wonder if the diet mentioned above is effective. In fact, some people find it really work while some people say that it does not work. However, if you can really stick to the eating plan, there is no reason that you cannot lose weight. At the end of the day you will lose weight if you take so few calories a day!
