As a bride, it is your right to have a memorable wedding day. Friends and family should
share in your joy, so much that they remember your special day for many years to come.
Juggling different combinations of flowers, colors and decorations, offers you a fair
amount of possibilities. But when you start with wedding party decor, a whole new world
opens up, and changes the picture completely.
At the church, or other venue for the ceremony, there will be way too much excitement
amongst the guests to really appreciate unusual decorations. Their attention will be focused on you, your dress, and the actual ceremony. Once the ceremony is over, and your guests arrive at the reception hall, they can relax, waiting for the bridal couple. If you think back to weddings you have attended, you will find that most of your memories are from the reception, not the ceremony.
If you decide to create a theme, the use of wedding party decor will allow you to break
free from the norm. You will probably end up spending more, but it will be worth it. You
could also borrow some pieces to keep the costs down.
First, decide on a theme. It is usually easier to narrow down your focus, and be more specific. For instance, instead of trying to create a "garden theme", try and create a "spring flower garden theme". The more specific your selection, the easier it will be to bring everything together.
Next, have a good look at the venue. Can the lighting be adjusted to complement your theme?
If not, you will have to come up with alternatives, or you will have to choose between the
venue and the theme. Bright light could lay to waste all efforts to create an atmosphere.
Similarly, see if the layout presents any bottlenecks. Picture the lines along which guests
will be walking regularly, and plan accordingly.
As a starting point, create a striking center piece. It could be some old family pictures
set into an elaborate frame, or a painting, or even (if you dare spend that much) the
string quartet you booked for the event. It could be a huge bouquet, or an unusual wedding
cake. Whatever you do, it has to start somewhere. Somewhere in plain sight of guests
entering, where their eyes will focus immediately, and wander around to absorb the rest
from there.
If, after all the planning and effort, your wedding party decor has a clearly visible
theme, you will have created a very striking effect. Your reception will also be perceived
as being "in a different class". Your guests will remember, for long afterwards, the
"picture" you have created.
A Whole New World
It is a known fact that over seventy-five percent of our world is covered in water, this world has just as many interesting things to take pictures of and is always changing with every ripple and wave. Underwater cameras are a great way to capture these scenes that are ever changing. Underwater cameras are great for deep-sea divers and the snorkeling community alike. They are also a great type of camera to take to the pool or lake to sneak a few pictures of the local wildlife in the water and around the water. No matter if you are new to using an underwater camera or picture taking in general, the water has a lot of offer and just waiting to be seen.
These types of cameras are not to be confused with a normal camera that is used every day on land. An underwater camera is specially made to be able to be completely submerged underwater and able to take the pressure surrounding it and has a waterproof casing. The underwater camera also takes the same great quality pictures on dry land in rough and rugged conditions, but it has advanced features for a water setting.
Underwater cameras come in all shapes, sizes and film format. Many digital cameras that are made for the underwater environment come with a viewfinder so you can see exactly what you are taking a picture of and what your camera sees. There are still a great line of underwater cameras that use film that needs to be developed and they work just as well as a digital camera and take the same great picture. The smaller underwater cameras are normally very good for up to two hundred feet to four hundred feet while the bigger cameras are made for deeper regions of the waters.
