4. Don't Let Your Mouth Get Too Dry

You don't need to drink constantly, but if your mouth gets too dry, that can lead to bad breath. How? There isn't enough water in your mouth to flush out the microbes (bacteria) that can cause bad breath. So you do need to drink enough water keep your mouth moist. Besides, a dry mouth just doesn't feel good.
