You don’t need rocket science knowledge to achieve good health and continue living healthy, for the rest of your life. You only need do two simple things: (a) find out what ingredients your body needs to remain healthy and (b) supply those ingredients (food supplements) to your wonderful body in a regular basis. End of quote… There you have it… It is easy to keep yourself healthy… and we are not talking here about drugs but about nutrition. Yes… to be healthy all you need is a complete nutrition daily. It goes like this… If you feed your body well, your body is going to take very good care of you. But you can’t stop for a good meal due to your busy schedule. You are not alone, almost everyone in America can’t. So you grab a cup of coffee and donuts on your way to work in morning and eat at a fast food restaurant for lunch. Then in the evening you reward yourself with a heavy dinner. YOU DESERVE IT. That by the way is the short cut path to obesityland, since you don’t spend energies while you sleep during the night.
But you are a smart individual and decide to make a change in your diet. You start eating vegetables, fruits, seeds and other healthy stuff. In addition you start drinking lots of water, take a short walk after dinner and sleep at least 7 hours. Hey… not bad at all. Doing this you will enjoy of… well… a slightly better health. NOT EXCELLENT HEALTH YET. What is missing in your diet? The minerals are missing. The veggies, grains and seeds you eat are empty of minerals, because the farm-lands where the produce is planted don’t have minerals anymore. You see, after so many years of harvesting, the soils got depleted of the precious minerals that your body needs to keep in optimal health. Reason why we all must take food supplements. Your body needs minerals like: calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, chromium and many other minerals and trace minerals. The human body needs all the nutrients required to make healthy cells. This is important because the new healthy cells go to build healthy tissues to keep the organs working with efficiency. On the other hand if your diet does not provide these raw materials, the body will manufacture imperfect cells that will build weak organs that will not work right. And as a result of mal-nutrition we get sick more often of the well known nutritional related illnesses in America today. Allow me to mention a few: Obesity, osteoporosis, arthritis, high blood pressure and diabetes. On the flip side of the coin, nutrition keeps your immune system strong and you are not prey of cold viruses and other infections that’ll make your life miserable.
