Let's be honest: today's job market makes us feel stuck in an uninspired and bored downward spiral. We sometimes feel there is no easy way to escape the rat race of the corporate world. We work 30 years of our life trying to convince ourselves this rat race will end one day to finally enjoy our blissful retirement and make us believe it was worth the race. More and more people are making this life's choice to escape the rat race to have a happier life. It helps them to unlock from the prison of a 9 to 5 job. It gives more free time to spend on meaningful things as for example your children and their education. Experts suggest to have a 2 to 4 year plan to make the transition between your corporate life and your entrepreneur's life.

We have been educated to seek for security but now, we can seek for opportunities. Before the industrial age, people were relying on their own resources to live from their lands. There were more people working by themselves for themselves to survive and raise their family. The industrial age has changed this path for the last century. Now with the internet and opportunities online, the path of earning an income with the corporate world is starting to shift back to what is was before, working by ourselves, except we have technology to leverage our efforts. Being a successful home business owner is probably the only option to escape the rat race and get the best of what life has to offer today.
