Burn The Most Fat

Is your diet program, supplements, gym time working? Are you spending a fortune on workouts and supplements? The fact is that those supplements companies are robbing you blind. I have met people who spend $300 a month on supplements and body building drugs. All they had to do is find a natural program and stick with it.



I want to share with you my success and failures in loosing weight and body fat. I started out at 230lbs with 22% body fat measured with a waist line finger pinch. I felt heavy and clumsy and always broke into a sweat for walking short distances. I was obese at 25 years.

I ate all the wrong fats and had managed to quickly gain weight. I didn't care even going inside a gym. That's until I had chest problems and saw a doctor. He told me I was looking at six feet under if I didn't do something about it.

I joined a gym, started on the Atkins diet and ate supplements to lose weight in the shortest time I could. What I didn't know is that I was trying to trick my metabolism into loosing my weight too fast.

I didn't know just how hard it is to trick a system that has evolved for millions of years. I didn't know that my supplements would never work and that even if they did, it would be hard to maintain my fat loss.

So I worked out, and dieted and got supplements. I actually managed to lose 10lbs in a month. Then the worst happened.

I hit the fat loss plateau and halt to a grind. Whatever else I did to lose weight just didn't work. I increased my supplement intake, nothing. I spent more hours at the gym and yet I didn't move.

My metabolism had finally figured out my tricks and ground to halt. Ever been in such a situation, where whatever you do you just can't lose anymore weight. It's not a funny place to be. Very frustrating.

It is then I stumbled on Tom Venturo's natural weight loss program. This is a guy who has used himself as a guinea pig to understand the enigma of moderating ones metabolism. How to work with it to your advantage? Sort of a biological switch that you can turn on and off and then on for as long as you want to stay lean.

Now let me tell you what Tom has achieved before you listen to people who don't know a thing in weight loss. Tom is a BSc. degree in exercise science. He is fully certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT).

Among other of his achievements is being a member of the International Society for Sports Nutrition (ISSN), the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength And Conditioning Association (NSCA).

He has won three state and three regional bodybuilding championships and was 2nd place in Mr. Natural USA. To build your muscles naturally and compete in a profession filled with supplement-pumped-enhancement drugs-guzzling monsters is a no mean feat. But I digress.

I joined Tom's natural fat loss and muscle developing membership and he sent me the course. I had spent an average of $200 monthly on supplements and the gym before I joined this program with little success. My membership here cost me less than $40 and I started losing fat in a week flat.

It's been a year now and I have so far lost over 90lbs and the best part is that I finally understood what most people don't know. I learnt to work with my metabolism to my advantage.

I can turn my metabolism to work like an aluminum furnace in one week burning fat like paper. That is when I need to lose weight in the fastest and shortest time. And still can slow it down to levels just enough to maintain my lean body structure without getting sick. Sort of like balancing on the cut-off line. I'm a master of my own fat and muscle.

I may write all day about my successes but I won't be at peace with myself if I don't recommend to you this program. I know how it feels to hit that weight loss plateau and lose hope. I have been there when my life depended on it.

I will actually have met my goal and contented if you tried this natural program and it made you lose weight and define your muscles. Take it or leave it ... you want to lose weight and I'm telling you the best way how. You could act now or keep spending $100-400 a month.

Burn The Most Fat
In the book of Matthew, Jesus speaks in parables. Whether you believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior or simply as a historical figure is irrelevant. I am not trying to violate your freedom of religion. What the parable meant is what is important. It is great wisdom, and when you relate it to fat loss and fitness, it makes sense. This is the parable:

"Behold, a sower went out to sow. And as he sowed, some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds came and devoured them. Some fell on stony places, where they did not have much earth; and they immediately sprang up because they had no depth of earth. But when the sun was up they were scorched, and because they had no root they withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns sprang up and choked them. But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundred, some sixty, some thirty." -Matthew 13:3-8

How this pertains to fat loss is the same way that pertains Christianity. You must be grounded in your quest. When you have a goal of losing weight, then you want to achieve that goal. To make sure that you stay on the righteous path of weight loss, you need to ground yourself in the right soil. In other words, stay focused and hold yourself accountable so that you do achieve your goal.

If you do not have good roots like the seeds on the rock, then you will surely fail in your quest.

If you surround yourself with negativity like the seeds in thorns, then you will surely fail in your quest.

But if you ground yourself tight, and hold yourself accountable, then you will succeed maybe a hundred, maybe sixty or maybe thirty! Get it?

There are three, sure fire ways to hold yourself accountable so that you stay on the straight and narrow.

1.Write down your goals. they are only ideas till you write them down

2.Write down a meal plan and then stick to it. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

3.Confide in someone you trust to hold you accountable. This is better when it is not a spouse. It can be your trainer, your best friend or someone who has already gone through what you are going through. In AA this is called a sponsor. In fitness it is called a success coach.

Follow these tips and you will surely keep your eye on the prize!
