What type of person is more prone to having an eating disorder, in a sense you could say everyone. We have those who stuff their face with cream donuts and Chinese takeaways, and those who at the sheer sight of these yummies would throw a wobbler. Because we as individuals differ in personality shape and form so does our taste in food also. Some people like to eat it and others don't. Let us focus on those who abstain.
