The Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) White Consciousness. Related to spirituality and enlightenment. Its usually used to help with spiritual problems and the colours associated with this chakra are clear, white and purple. Suggested crystals are clear quartz or amethyst.



The Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) Pure Mind. Related to intuition and generosity and helps heal problems with sight, loneliness, dizziness and uncertainty. Colours associated with the third eye chakra are violet, indigo and dark blue so the suggested crystals are amethyst, lapis lazuli and sodalite.

The Root Chakra is sometimes known as the Base Chakra (Muladhara) Earth. Related to sex and stability. It can help with problems associated with constipation, fear and low bakc pain. Its associated colours are red and black and the suggested stones are haematite, jasper and red garnet.
