Compare a vinyl shutter installation and you rapidly see you are restricted to investing in a sponge, bucket and warm water with washing-up liquid in it – a minimal expense and an easy chore you can perform yourself or if you're lucky, get one of the youngsters on the right track and pay them a couple of bucks to clean it down for you!
