The price is one consideration as cheap Chinese poorly produced goods are cheaper than properly made American or European products.
The pumps in the Chinese spas seem to be of a reasonable quality
The Jets may be made outside of China or they could be Chinese but it does not matter as the Jets they install are very basic even lacking the ability to adjust up or down. Over a little while the chemicals that are used in Hot Tubs will destroy the moving parts of the Jet, something that the American have had some 40 or 45 years to solve
What other drawbacks are there?
The first and major one is that the designs are out of date and lack the developments that the Americans have developed in both Hydrotherapy and Hydro massage. After all Roy Jacuzzi was of Italian origin and was not borne in China other wise he might have been called Roy Chiang Kai-shek.
Also it is a lot easier to understand and indeed telephone Americans or Europeans it is a lot harder to telephone China. Our client tried to so this two or three times to no avail.
The Chinese hot tubs are made in an oppressive regime where athletes attending the Olympic Games cannot even have freedom of speech. This reminds one of a similar european country run by a dictator some years ago in the 1930's.
The point is the labour conditions are poor. The quality control does not exist. How can I say this, simple, we have recently installed a Chinese spa for a client
The spa looked good until we probed a little.
The problems
Bad wiring - cables dragging on the floor not properly tied up or secure/ Low capacity cables and badly layed out
No floor, so the whole spa was exposed to the ground the elements and those lovely little beasties that chew threw car ignition leads and those beasties will make mince meat of the cables on this spa
The frame was made of iron and looked like it had been assembled by a couple of children. It was not square or properly put together. The filter was designed in such a way so that the water would not flow from top to bottom so that the whole of the filter would not be used. Very bad design.
The circulation pump would not start as it was cabled up incorrectly on the main circuit board. Not a problem that was an easy fault to fix.
However, the circulation pump has no timer or ability to be programmed perhaps into a sleep mode it is either on or off.
The Ozone was pathetic in that it just seemed to produce big bubbles and not ozone and in a small area only the ozone was not being injected into the water.
No insulation what so ever either on the side panels and whilst heat rises a lack of a floor is a definite disadvantage. This spa may have an initial lower cost but the real cost over its useful life will probably be very expensive. This is a bit like spoiling the ship for a happorth of tar a famous old English expression but as with all things you tend to get what you pay for.
As they say if you pay peanuts you get monkeys or what I would call a pig in a poke. I would not give you house room for one and if you offered me one for free I don't want it as the thought of catching alight or shorting out is too much of a risk to take;
People often think that buying some thing that looks good for peanuts is a clever idea but when it comes from a country that whilst an engineering giant is many decades behind the west in basic manufacturing standards and all it really has is very very cheap and inexperienced labour.
The best advice remains buy a product from a reputable American manufacturer and from our point of view whilst it was an interesting experience we will not touch a piece of junk like that again.
Consumer Reports Hot Tubs
Having a huge bank full of content you have created to use online is a golden resource that I am sure any marketer would use a lot. But once you have put the effort it to create the content it would be a sickener to see that go to waste. What dissapoints me is that many marketers are blindly letting this happen to them everyday without knowing. Using the following techniques we will ensure that never happens to you.
When you have created your articles you must go through the right process to distribute them as widely as possible across the net. The first thing I do is post every article I write in any niche onto at least one of my various blogs, this beefs up my own site with meaty content for visitors.
The second thing I do is send SOME of my articles to various ezine owners I know and offer them the chance to publish it. To increase my chances I allow them to replace the link to my site with their affiliate link to my product. I then send alot of my articles to various article banks across the web.
Some people chose only to submit to their favourites but I chose to use a service called Article Marketer, which removes 100% of the hassle and submits your articles to litrally hundreds of sites. After this I add my article to the right sections in some of my favourite forums and also refer people to it who have a problem it could answer.
The final thing I do is send my articles to my mailing list/s, sometimes the articles I send to my lists are written for only my readers and are therefor only sent to them and posted on my blog/s. This gives it the exclusivity factor. Make sure your articles are easy to read and flow well so people do not get quickly bored.Make them JUICY and FRESH.
Short reports are an online marketers godsend! Where would be without them? A question I would not like to answer, because I think one of the easiest ways to make fast cash online is to create a small report, and sell it for a small price. If you get great exposure to your report you can easily make 2-5 thousand dollars and more from the single report.
You can also make 10's of thousands of dollars if you use your report to gain traffic to another higher priced product. You must post your short report in the big forums in your niche, if you have a good reputation for quality, you will no doubt have people jumping to download a 'FREE' product of yours.
Also make sure you add links to your blog and website, hand it out to your subscribers and add it to your autoresponder sequence. Maybe do a press release about some of your reports. Get other ezine owners to distribute your report, to get them to do this I advise you to either mention their product in the report or let them change the link to your product to their affiliate link to the same product.#
My Hot tip for short reports is to create at least 1 a week, you will reap the benefits, and to then add most if not all to various auto responder seqeunces. That way every single person who opts in to your list receives every report you have ever written. This way you do not let the people who have only recently joined your list lose out.
My final note is to make sure your content is always easily accessible. If people cannot easily download your report or read your article they are not going to hang around for your next one, no matter how good you promise it will be. Just make sure you get as many people reading and re-distributing your various materials as possible.
