You might have every reason to suspect that your spouse is cheating; are they always late back from work, making regular out-of-town business trips, staying out late with friends, or just behaving stranger than normal? All these things might be a sign that they are cheating, but equally they could be genuine excuses and maybe you are just being slightly paranoid. It happens to all of us at some stage.



In days gone by you could either follow your spouse yourself to see what they are up to, or you could get yourself a private detective who would follow them for you, but after that, your options were fairly limited as to what you could do. Today things are different, modern technology makes tracking your cheating spouse a much simpler undertaking, and much more affordable than the private eye option.

GPS tracking systems start from as little as $100 or so, but for that you will only get a system that will allow you to find out where your spouse has been after the event. This type of system is a small card like device that is simple to use, you just retrieve the device from their car and download the data from it to your computer, but it's not much use if your plan is to 'catch them in the act' and confront them with their dirty deeds.

Alternatively you could fit an active 'real time' Covert GPS device in to their vehicle which would allow you to know exactly where your spouse is at any time day or night. This system does make it possible for you to catch your partner in the act and confront them, but they can be expensive to buy and many of them require that you pay a monthly subscription to access your data. For that reason, this type of system is more suited to businesses that want to track their fleet cars and their employees; the cost here prohibits its use for tracking spouses for the majority of people.

There is a middle way though. A device called Flexispy can be installed covertly on your partners cell phone and combines a GPS location tracker (if the cell phone has GPS capabilities and many newer phones do), a phone listening feature, a feature to capture SMS and text messages, and a caller ID capture system.
