Creative Thinking Problem Solving

    View:
Exactly what problem are you attempting to address? Typically the vast majority of us need to become better focused about the things we are trying to achieve. This is true for everything without exception, from everyday practical matters to feelings that are uncomfortable. The mystery seems to be to do with how to reach clarity and then to uncover the answers to questions. The 7 Words System offers a uncomplicated innate means that permits us to achieve a much better appreciation of what it is that we are trying to find. The process starts with No. In the beginning we have to name exactly what we don't want, what is not useful, before we can know what we do want.

Creative problem solving: HELLO is about openness and exchange.

What can you learn from others? The next phase concerns the word Hello. We will need to open up to new potential if we expect to expand our choice of answers to problems. You agree? To get something different we will need to stretch our prospect of vision and look where we have not formerly looked earlier. Original dreams, new people, new places and new things are clearly facets of giving attention to something we have not up to that time faced. This entails that we replace old for new, that can tender something in equitable return for what are trying to get.

Creative problem solving: THANK YOU is about appreciating and valuing.

What do you most value about the offered options? Between all of our opportunities, some are more attractive than others and we feel we want to treat them as having a greater value, because we appreciate them more. This is explained by the primary word Thanks. Frequently, we overlook the importance of what we have, slip into ungratefulness and are likely to assume what should not be assumed. It's more than just a courtesy to display our appreciation for things we cherish; it has a major part to play in helping us to realize our targets. In some unconscious way, we are attracted to what we pronounce our thanks for, and yet it's equally correct to say that we are able to magnetize them to us too. We acquire charisma when we say Thanks and therefore, if we do so, we easily bring things to us.

Creative problem solving: GOODBYE is about realization, decision, completion, and moving on.

Whichever way you go, from now on life has changed and will be forever different. The word Goodbye is the fourth of the 7 primary words and concerns a process that has 4 clearly defined steps. They are: realization, decision, completion and moving on. What we are saying goodbye to a particular stage of development, which is to be perceived in basic terms as full-blown rejection of a possible course of action that previously we had been progressing towards and in future will not go in for. It is a turning point in our range of potential outcomes. Goodbye is different from No because it is clear that there has been a degree of some kind of involved interaction already, which now needs to end compared to No's repudiation in the first place. Genuine decisions cut the past away unconditionally and that penetrating quality sets up an open door that otherwise does not happen.

Creative problem solving: PLEASE is about intention and cooperation.

How do you cooperate to manifest your dreams? The future reveals itself according to the routines of the past unless we take control of it and shape it to our desire. To do this requires us to have a vision of how we want it to be; this vision has to be very clear, exact and optimistic—and converted into intention. They differ don't they - vision and intention? The first is a bit illusory and the second is much more focused and controlled. For a dream to become real there must be cooperation. Nothing can be made possible without earning the support of other people - this takes talent, perhaps persuasion, even inspiration. It is not always necessary to present something such as money or money's worth.

Creative problem solving: SORRY is about responsibility, remorse, repair and release.

Do you need to take responsibility and feel genuine remorse for your part in any conflicts and tensions that exist, which underlie the issue? Sorry, the 6th primary word, is best seen as making good damage done because we've been uncaring or unmindful to the circumstances of another. The best strategy is to make sure we forestall the need to say it by being understanding beforehand. For what reason? Well it's because anyone we upset could easily be inclined to act against us and diminish our probability of success, so it is obviously more sensible to think about others as well as ourselves. This question is all to do with being responsible, having a degree of concern for anyone we've upset and offering reimbursement when we've blundered. Then and only then will it ever be possible to avoid or heal bitterness and leave go of the enduring nastiness that otherwise would strengthen and be a source of bitterness.

Creative problem solving: YES is about accepting and surrender.

Not every path is workable, that's the whole point of being creative...find a way that works for all concerned. The final stage of our 7 Words classification is to do with acceptance; there are instances when we simply have to endure what we cannot change. The word is Yes. It would be nice wouldn't it if we were able to make the world exactly the way we envision it - but in reality we can't. We always need to swallow what comes, and to take what is not exactly what we asked for. The greatest thing is to have an expectation that everything in the end turns around to our advantage, that the modifications to our plans are all improvements when perceived in the perspective of the longer term. Indeed it's not easy to see it when we are still close and attached to our desires of course not! Nevertheless pause a while and you may well see that the opportune happenings, the surprises and disappointments are actually the best bits masquerading as hardships.
Creative Thinking Problem Solving
Have you ever wondered why it is that you always get stuck and experience problems that stop you moving forward in life at a certain point? If your answer is yes, you are already way ahead of the crowd. Why? Because most people do not even realise that they are experiencing the same problems at certain points in their lives over and over again.

It is the nature of human performance that we keep running patterns. Patterns of thinking, patterns of behaviour, patterns for coping, patterns for learning, patterns for dealing with our friends, spouse, parents. Patterns are everywhere. The trick is recognising them and assessing them correctly.

Sounds pretty simple, maybe even obvious, doesn't it? The real problem though is that most patterns come in different guises. They are well camouflaged, wrapped in extensive packaging, making it more difficult for us to notice them. Unless you find a way of clearly identifying these patterns, whenever they occur, you will not be able to make constructive changes. Therefore the first step is finding a way to identify your behaviour patterns. You can do this easily by learning self awareness.

The simplest way to observe your actions is by employing a technique that allows you to step back from yourself. To my mind this is best done by elevating your energy levels, which will make you feel good about yourself, no matter what is going on in your life at the moment.

Out of the many energy therapies out there EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique is one of the best for this purpose. EFT belongs to the group of energy therapies. It is powerful and very quick and easy to learn. Using a combination of needle free acupuncture and mind focus EFT relaxes you by putting you in an alpha state of mind. This state of mind makes you more open to suggestions, it is also a state, which allows subconscious behaviours to surface.

This is precisely what we are after. Once you are cognitive about a particular pattern you are running and know exactly when it kicks in, you will automatically see all the times you have been running it in the past. These aha moments are like kaleidoscopes unfolding. Now you can do something positive to help yourself in the future. Again, awareness is key, but since you know what to look for you are able to recognize the beginning of a pattern much easier.

How do you stop these old behaviours unfolding though? EFT again is your tool. The moment you recognise an old pattern unfolding you use the EFT modality focusing on the changes you now wish to make.

When we work with EFT, opening the energy channels by tapping on a small number of meridian points on body and face whilst we focus on an issue that we wish to resolve, we also build new neural pathways. The is a very fast process. One round, as we call it, takes about a minute to complete.I usually recommend to do at least three rounds. You can use this technique as often as you like throughout your day.

Use EFT at least three times throughout their day and you will get noticeable shifts in behaviour very quickly. Sometimes these shifts can be almost instantaneous, particularly when you realise with total clarity how your own repetitive behaviour has done you more harm then good.

EFT is a great mood enhancer and calmer. It goes without saying that you are more willing to embrace change and enhance your mental acuity and creativity when you are in a good frame of mind. We all can get into this state temporarily. The key to eradicating any problem successfully is maintaining an unattached, upbeat mind set. This is precisely what you can achieve with regular use of Emotional Freedom Technique. Please check out the many ways how you can help yourself with EFT. It really can enrich your life.
