When I first considered the initial purpose of The Quantum Cookbook, my first impression is the famous quote by Rene Descartes, "I think, therefore I am." The concept seems logical enough. If I truly believe, without any doubt, I can become who I want to be. However, I definitely need to understand in greater depth how to make my perfect vision of life a reality. So, my first quest is: What is manifesting?



According to the American Heritage Dictionary manifesting is "Clearly apparent to sight or understanding; obvious." Wow! The definition is really revealing-NOT! So, I check out a different source. Merriam-Webster says, "to make evident of certain by showing or displaying".

Truthfully, I am still in a state of confusion. So, how can I make my expectations of life "clearly apparent?" Could I have some help here please?!

I have friends that have read The Secret, applied its principles, and their lives seem to be fabulous and wonderful! Although I do not begrudge their success, I want the same things for myself. But, the secret is not working for me. What am I doing wrong?
