Another thing which is important in a country style kitchen is a large wooden table. In the country families sit around the table and they eat home cooked meals. So a table is quite an important part of country life.

Overall the main aim in a country style kitchen is to make it look inviting and open. Do not overcrowd the decor and try to include picturesque, bright decorations wherever possible. Slightly old fashioned furniture would also look really good. So keep that in mind if you are planning on replacing the furniture.
