Life insurance is one of those things that could be seen as an extra expenditure that you really might not need. Right? We can always find somewhere else for that money to go, and the truth is, we may not really give it much thought until we have a family and start accumulating assets. Life insurance is an insurance policy, just like our auto or homeowner's insurance, which provides us with extra assurance that if something happens we will be covered financially. In the case of death, life insurance allows our family to take care of our end of life needs, such as burial or cremation at the least, and more depending on how much coverage we purchase.
Since we are living in the age of credit, we tend to carry a good amount of debt through our working years. Most of us have mortgage payments, car payments, credit cards, personal loans and student loans to name a few. Many companies offer their employees life insurance coverage of some sort that could be purchased at a reduced rate. Depending on your specific situation, it may be a small amount or maybe twice your salary. There are many that choose to buy life insurance from their friendly neighborhood life insurance agent for added coverage.
Premiums are based on what type of policy is chosen and the age of the person seeking coverage. We are always getting offerings in the mail for a reduced rate policy if we act now, and frankly, all those terms can be somewhat confusing. What is the difference between a whole life policy and a term policy? A term policy is just that; you are purchasing a certain amount of life insurance for a specified term, usually twenty years. The premium stays the same throughout this time period and does not build any type of cash value. Whole life insurance policies on the other hand, do build cash value, and can be borrowed against, or cashed in at various stages throughout the policyholder's whole life.
Personally, I think life insurance is a good idea, because you don't want to leave your family with all the expenses. Many companies only specialize in life insurance. And local insurance agents can help you better choose your policy. Remember, the older you get the more it costs to get insured so it would be smart to do it while you are still young and get it over with
Get Out My Life
This is a straightforward thing, a panic attack. It goes around in a little circle and you can break the circle, and it's easy!
I sure wish I'd known that when I suffered from panic attacks for SIX YEARS!
The panic attacks start without you being aware of them. But, you sure are aware of them from then on! And you are afraid of them. Who wouldn't be.
Remember the circle that you can break? It's a circle of fear.
You hated that last attack. Just the thought of another attack gives you the creeps.
Oops! You just thought of having a panic attack! That made you nervous and afraid.
Now, the monster is in the house. The very idea puts you at even higher anxiety levels and it's scary. You feel like running. Maybe you're going crazy! What do the others think? They seem ok. I'm not! What's wrong! I'm scared. It's back and I don't know what to do! I can't get my breath...and on it goes, and goes.
One thing I know for sure is that if you are suffering from what I call hyper anxiety attacks the one thing you want the most is to cure panic attacks - fast.
Are there wrong ways to cure panic attacks?
Any port in a storm, I say, but having been through it all, for SIX YEARS I came to stumble across the "one move" that is used by so many people to get past this pernicious, evil, demon of a thing.
Yes, you can take drugs. You can drink. They might claim to be cures for panic attacks, but they can only offer temporary respite. It does little more than mask the symptoms.
What about when it wears off? You need a permanent solution.
Remember that it's a circle of fear. Hold that thought.
It's not you! You aren't deficient or crazy or anything like that.
You are stuck in a repeating syndrome that can be broken by just realizing what it is and choosing to no longer be suckered by it and to be no longer afraid of it.
Yes, it's a choice, and it works great!
How do I know? I was stuck with this "evil entity" (that's how I came to think of it) for SIX YEARS! It was wrecking my life! I had to get rid of it, but whatever I tried wasn't working.
Then, one day, when I was as stuck with panic attacks as you can be, I stumbled across the thought process it takes to break the cycle of fear that causes these horrible attacks.
Six years it took me. But it doesn't have to be that way for you.
You can learn to break the circle of fear by following certain steps to become unafraid. That's the key. Becoming unafraid.
The process by which you do this is a little different for everybody but the end result is the same for everybody. Becoming unafraid is how you "cure panic attacks".
