If you are attending a sports-related party, the best gift is additional finger food that can be added to the buffet. This may include chips, dip, crackers, cut up fruit, cut up vegetables and more. Drinks are also always a welcome addition to a sports party.

When it comes to attending parties or other get togethers, the most common and most appreciated types of gifts are those related to food or to drinks. After all, the hostess will have to provide food and drink to a large number of people. Therefore, the more food and drink that comes into the party, the better the guests can be fed.
