Having a low self confidence is something that can be extremely detrimental to both men and women across the world. Self confidence is simply how someone sees themselves; how someone views themselves is incredibly important, as it can affect their mood. If someone sees themselves in a positive light, and has good self confidence, they will be happy. If someone has low self confidence, however, the story changes. Having a low self confidence is not a good thing, and trying to improve low self confidence in women can be attained by understanding how to have a good self esteem.



#1- Be Responsible

One important aspect of trying to improve a low self confidence is to understand and accept the fact that you are responsible for your own actions. Many people with low self confidence are aware of things (and blame themselves), it is important to know exactly what you are responsible for. By knowing this, you can also understand that you have the ability to improve those things that you have been responsible for, which will in turn help a low self confidence.

#2 Own Yourself

People with a low self confidence have a tendency to dislike themselves, the places they have been, the things that they have done, and the way that they feel. If there is something you do not like that can be changed, it is ok to think about those things, as they can be improved. For the things that you cannot change, however, do not let yourself get down.

Be proud of the things that you have, and the places that you have been. Realize that what you think and feel is yours; be proud of your ability to make decisions and be yourself. By embracing who you are and what you do in a positive way, you can help to improve your low self confidence.

#3- Set Realistic Goals

Those who have no goals, or have incredibly unrealistic goals will often find that they have a low self confidence. Goals are important; goals help people to track their own progress and keep their lives on track. By meeting (or missing) goals, you can understand where you are at, and how you can improve.

People with a low self confidence feel as if they are stuck, and that there is nowhere to go. By having goals, you can understand where you can improve, but also how you can achieve. Having a low self confidence is all about feeling as if there is nowhere you can go. By showing yourself that you can attain goals and can achieve things, you are more likely to have a better self confidence and lose your low self confidence.

Low self confidence is something that can affect everyone. By working to improve your low self confidence, you can help yourself feel better about who you are and what you have accomplished. For some it may be hard, but it is possible for everyone to improve their low self confidence.
