Flirting is something that you have to master and not everyone is well versed in some very simple and effective flirting techniques. When you master these techniques you will find that you are much more capable of letting someone know that you are interested as well as draw them in. Flirting is simple if you keep it simple, and you will find that with these techniques you will have great results.



The best thing to do when you are interested in someone is to make eye contact with them. You don't want to stare at them, but look at them and hold that eye contact for three to give seconds and then look away. A couple minutes later do the same thing. You can do this a few times and then on the fourth or fifth time that you make and hold this eye contact you should smile coyly and then look away. This will let someone know that you are interested. Make sure that you don't keep the eye contact for too long because then you might come across as creepy.

Another thing that you can do is to mirror their movements. This is something that most of us do when we are attracted to someone, but you can make sure that you are doing it to let them know that you are attracted. If the other person runs their hand through their hair you should do the same thing. If they touch their face, do the same. This is a very subliminal message to send to someone, but if they are interested too, they will take note.

Make excuses to talk to the person and when you do, make excuses to touch them in a casual manner. For instance, if you are talking make excuses to touch their shoulder, their hand, or their knee. Only leave your hand there for a second, but this will let a person know that you are comfortable in their presence and sometimes this physical contact is all you need to let someone know that you are interested.

When you put all of these things together you should have gotten your point across to the person that you are interested. At this point you should be able to ask them if they would like to go out sometime. At least, you can hint at it and see how they respond. Remember, the worst thing that they can say is no or they may not reciprocate on the flirting end. If this is the case, you can use your new flirting skills to find someone else who is new and interesting.
