That means exfoliation, masking, hot-oil or deep treating hair, a hydrating treatment like an oatmeal or mud bath, a pedicure and manicure to clean up those neglected nails, and attending to all the other little details that will make your makeover complete. From head to toe, be sure you include everything. Get or give yourself a thorough pedicure, attend to hair removal where necessary through waxing or plucking, trim dead ends if your makeover isn`t going to involve , and even consider whitening those teeth.

So now your all prepped and ready for the new look but what do you do now? Well, a makeover isn`t` a makeover without change, and change can be intimidating and scary. The trick is to find a level of change that is dramatic enough to be noticeable, and maybe even naturally a little bit uncomfortable, but yet not so drastic that it leaves you in regret.
