When you read that title, does it seem to you like something is missing? It's ironic but I get that. I understand that it would be easier to wrap your brain around, "I am completely certain that the earth is round," or even "...that I am loved, or 'happy', or tall." I am, by the way, completely certain of all of those things, but how can I say, "I am complete?" Maybe, in your mind, that simple statement is too simple to contain such a vast concept.
What would it take for you to feel complete? What would it take for you to BE complete? What would you have to add, or change, to arrive at completeness or wholeness? Depending on your self-image at this present moment, your list might be quite long; time to break out a new pad of paper...?
Right now, your truth may be one of feeling utterly incomplete, insufficient, or inadequate. You may feel broken or broke, in need of fixing or a fix. You may feel the need for a little cash infusion, or a big one, better yet; or maybe just an escape from this feeling, a trip to anywhere but where you are - who you are.
I want to help you see the truth about who you are; not as defined by anything outside of yourself, but by using the only criteria that matters - recognizing and loving the core of who you really are. The only way for you to feel like a success or failure is by comparing yourself to something outside of you. This is what I call, "living without." To "live within," only comparing you to you, you will come to the place where you love your life as it is, here, now.
The fact is, you are living the life you love; in the sense that you are doing whatever it takes to live this life, based on your values. Many of us desire to have more money and are constantly struggling, because we see the key to our happiness linked to the level of money coming in the front door. Your happiness has little to do with how much money we have but rather how we look at who we are.
Love the life you are living and it will become the life you love.
And always remember, no matter what you have done, no matter what you haven't done, you are worthy of love.

An anaphylactic reaction can cause the airways to constrict, making breathing difficult and your blood pressure to drop to life-threatening levels. Symptoms include abdominal pain, nausea, stomach cramps, swelling of the face, itching, wheezing, and hives.
The proteins found in peanuts trigger the immune system to reaction. Antibodies and histamines are releases into the blood stream in an attempt to neutralize the peanut protein. These chemicals trigger the allergic symptoms. In sever cases Epinephrine, also call Adrenaline, is administered to control the anaphylaxis reaction.
If you have even a mild reaction to peanuts you need to notify you doctor immediately. Food allergies can gradually get worst over time until a sudden onset of a life threaten reaction occurs. The more times you are exposed to the offending allergen the worst the symptom can become.
Peanuts can show up in the most unsuspecting foods. Until a cure is found, read the labels of every food that you bring into your home. Because the manufacturing processes change continuously re-read the labels each time you purchase a product. On January 1, 2006 a new law was passed stating that all labels should be designed in such a way that a 7 year old child could read and understand the ingredients.
