Improve Youu Health With Watercooler At Work

I know we are constantly being told that we need to drink more water, but so many people are unaware of just how much it can help to follow these guidelines, there are so many things that drinking a little more water a day can help with.



As I mentioned at the start, water helps with weight loss, now I know this sounds quite a strange statement, however it is most definitely true. Some of the time people misinterpret their hunger cravings, as sometimes what their body is actually trying to tell is that they are thirsty. So when you have this knowledge and realize some cravings are thirst your appetite goes right down and you aren't eating more than the body needs. Also the body finds fat cells harder to break down when the body is dehydrated.

Another new habit of mine is swapping the painkillers for a bottle of water. I have now learnt to take headaches and dizziness as a warning from my body that I am dehydrated, and need to replenish my water supply! It makes you feel so much better than taking a tablet does, as most of the time they don't really work, and you are just masking the pain. If you drink what your body is calling out for than the pain goes, it's not just suppressed.

For those who worry for the well being of your skin, drinking the right amount of water every day is so much better than cosmetics. Facial scrubs and moisturizers are always good, but it would be so much easier not having to worry! Water clears the skin making it glow and reduces the symptoms of acne, it also prevents wrinkles! So there's no need to spend out on all of those pricey anti-aging creams when you can have a much better solution for free. It also flushes all of the toxins out of our body, making it an easy and free natural detox!

In a work environment water is so important to productivity. For example it has been proven that if your body has just 4-5% less water then is daily recommended then your concentration drops by 20-30%! During a long day those extra percentages will help you work so much better, as dehydration also causes stress.

Water and water coolers don't just help our looks, or how hard we works, it also is a big player in how well our bodies function. As the majority of our body is water and our bodily functions rely so much on it, it's understandable that it constantly needs topping up. Some of the health benefits of water are that it helps in the prevention of joint disease and arthritis, so if your not drinking it now than you could be suffering in the future. Water also helps our digestive system so therefore helps in preventing constipation!

I have defiantly noticed a huge change in myself and how tired and groggy I used to feel compared to how I feel now that I'm drinking how much water my body actually needs to function properly. I feel as if I have so much more energy and the health plusses are fantastic, and I know I'm taking care of my body now, so that it will take care of me for the rest of my life! I'm so glad we have a water cooler in the office.
