There are some law enforcement training online schools that offer language learning lessons as well, although they are quite few. Still, one must ask if it is practical to sign up for such courses, or sign up for a separate language course, where you'll be able to focus on the guiding principles of your new language, and get more practice with general phrases.
If you find yourself strapped for resources, consider signing up for law enforcement training courses, and language learning courses on the side.
