However, each of us is created with an internal



meter for knowing whether something is right for

us. That meter monitors our emotions and feelings.

Based on the Law of Attraction:

Positive emotions feel good.

Negative emotions feel bad.

If it feels good, it is. If it doesn't feel good,

it isn't.

We all come from different backgrounds and have

observed different approaches to life. For

example if you think that you were raised in an

environment where emotions and feelings were not

to be trusted. You believed what you were taught-

that if you acted in the right way, good feelings

would follow. But most of the time, you would be

disappointed. Even though you went against what

felt right to you and did what others told you

was right, those joyous emotions never arrived.

Do good feelings and happy, joyous emotions

result from doing the right thing? The truth is

that every person has a meter that is

individually calibrated for specific purposes.

Your meter is for you. It's in alignment with all

you were created to be and do.

When you're feeling good, happy, joyful, and

positive, you're in alignment with all you were

created to be and do; you send strong vibrational

signals into the atmosphere. These signals

attract more positive situations so you can feel

even more wonderful.

Based on the Law of Attraction:

Like attracts like.

Positive feelings attract positive events.

Negative feelings attract negative events.

We attract through our vibrations.

It's easy to tell when someone is in a bad mood.

We know how it feels when we're close to them or

talking to them. Often we want to stay away. When

someone is in a good mood, it feels good to be

around him or her. In both cases, we're feeling

vibrations.

Your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and moods (

positive and negative) send a range of vibrations

into the atmosphere. These vibrations act like

big magnets and attract, draw, or pull in to you

the people, events, opportunities, etc. that are

a "vibrational match" to the vibrations you're

emitting.

Our thoughts create an emotion that sends out a

vibration. The Law of Attraction responds to this

by sending us experiences that match the

vibration.

If we give a lot of attention to a situation that

feels good, we give off positive vibrations and

attract more situations that are positive.

If, however, we give a lot of attention to a

situation that doesn't feel good-a situation that

makes us feel angry, afraid, upset, or

disappointed-then we emit negative vibrations.

They will attract more negative situations into

our lives.

There's one more thing for you to know about

vibrations.

Every subject has a wide range of frequencies.

Based on the Law of Attraction:

High-frequency subjects feel good.

Low-frequency subjects feel bad.

The Law of Attraction responds to the sum total

of your vibrations at any given time. So if you

want to feel good, then keep your thoughts

focused on subjects that feel good. If you want

to attract more pleasurable experiences into your

life, then notice, appreciate, and celebrate

everything you enjoy. The idea is to develop an

abundance of positive emotions from which you'll

attract more of what you want in life.

The law of attraction has been observed in in ancient religions like Buddhism and Hinduism. In the Western world, however, the law of attraction was only introduced in the 19th century. In 1906, William Walker Atkinson wrote about the it thoroughly in his book Thought Vibration. Since then its popularity come and go, only to resurface once more. Today, it is Rhonda Byrne's book The Secret that has made people interested in it once more.

How to Apply the Law of Attraction in Your Life This can be divided into three simple steps. You don't achieve it in just any order however ' you need to start with step one and finish it before moving on to the next step. The first step of how to apply it in your life is to know what you want and asking the universe for it. It's very important that you state your goal correctly or you might end up receiving the wrong thing or nothing at all, therefore accurate and explicit law of attraction training is very important.

Let's say that you desire to have your own car. It's not potent enough to say "I want to own a luxury car" in the future, becuase the future will never come, instead you need to remain in the "now" and focus your energy, thoughts and feelings in the present. Because of such thoughts, your dream car will never materialize and the future will forever keep it in the future also. If you want to have your own car now, then say it just like that or give it a time limit if you will.

When you know specifically what you wish to achieve, be sure to positively ask the universe for the outcome you wish to achieve. As you become more aware of the law of attraction and how it works, and practice the steps required in manifesting, it will become more natural for you over time. You can do this simply by focussing and directing your thoughts out to the universe in a concentrated way. The mere act of thinking is actually drawing it to you already so as long as you focus your thoughts on your goals, you've already stated your request and consider it heard by the universe. The next step in applying this general law of attraction in your life is to act and behave as if you already know that the wheels of life are already turning to get you what you want. Sometimes (more often than not) this is the most difficult thing to do, becuase most people cannot cease to worry, when there is no rock solid evidence that your goals will be achieved?

Let's say that you want your daughter to heal from her sickness. How can you proceed without worrying when it's your daughter's life at stake? But that's what you have to do if you wish for the law of attraction to work for you.

Lastly, you have to allow things to happen as they are meant to be. You need to learn conscious focussed thinking, vizualization, speaking and positive actions, these are the specific techniques to master for manifesting via the law of attraction. Feeling good within yourself, will align you with the right energy and put you on the right path. If you're feeling bad, you're making it harder for you to achieve your goals.

During the process of focussing on your goals and manifestng their reality, you need to be extremely careful of your language and self-talk, becuase the law of attraction knows no difference between negative and positive, and will deliver exactly what you think and speak every day. If you want to diet, for instance, you don't think "I will not eat anymore" because the universe won't be able to absorb the word no. In actuality all is notices is "I will eat". If you want to diet, you have to focus on a statement like "I will lose weight".

In the end, remember that you won't really lose anything if you try out the general law of attraction for yourself. So go ahead and give it a try!
