I would assume that if everyone had the characteristics and the motivation to become a leader, this world might eat itself up without any sort of organization to the procedure. Luckily, there is a natural way for any person to become a leader and build a team at the same time. This method allows for the strengthening of important attributes and the development of skills that will be reflected in a work and effort environment. It is the opportunity to build a family.
The genius of this leadership model is the time margin. Ever man or woman who wishes to have a family can do so and teach that family in unity. Because of the time-span of generations, this gives to parents the opportunity to have responsibility and learn how to create an environment of success.
Those fundamentals are crucial to leaders. A leader who does not know what to do when someone disagrees with him can find he is making many enemies for his stupid, rash and harsh reactions. He cannot react wisely if he has never had the experience of dealing with innocent mistakes, nor can he act prudently to discipline with regard to blatant disregard for policy and generally accepted principles.
These are things that are natural to a parent because of the constant relevance of those skills. Every day has the need of teaching. So it is also in the workplace. Under every business circumstance a leader must be there to teach by example what his employees ought to do in his absence. It should be the hope of every manager that his employees would know exactly what to do and have the diligence to do it even if he were not there and not watching.
This requires more than scolding and yelling and disciplinary action for poor conduct. Far from the discipline stick, the manager must teach unity in the group and the exhilaration of accomplishment as a whole. The must learn from their manager the passion for work. He must show them a winning and successful attitude or they will never have one.
A manager must understand a few principle questions that they need to ask themselves. They are: When if not now? Who if not me? There is no better time and no better person to teach employees the importance of hard work and smart work. Your managers are the best in the world if you treat them that way. Treat them the way you would like them to be, and they are that much more likely to become the type of people you would be proud to call your employees.

Companies have always wanted to improve their profits and their efficiency. For this reason years ago larger companies decided to look inward instead of outward to improve their company. These people found that the more of a cohesive bunch their employees were the better they worked together. The better the employees work together the higher the level of efficiency and production will happen. The companies discovered that the better the employee efficiency and production the higher the profits. This led to the development of programs to help the personnel work better together.
Team building can be done in a number of ways and by the use of a number of techniques. Time tested programs are available to be purchased form companies that specialize in this area. In these programs you will learn the various exercises and activities that will help take an assortment of individuals and turn them into a quality working team.
The thing about these programs is that they can be quite expensive. For the larger groups and companies the money may not be a problem but for smaller organizations it can be a challenge to spend the necessary amount of cash. For the companies that cannot afford to spring for a ready made program, there is the ability to create their own program from scratch.
