I just came back from an appointment with a friend, Ramesh. He is a re-branding expert, a creative designer, a brochure designer, a website designer, an audio/ video producing expert, a computer security system advisor, and also a great cook! I know what you are thinking..is there anything this guy does not do? Yup! That was the first thing that came into my mind too when I first met him last September.

Ramesh's company, specializes in presenting an individual's or a company's products or services in a more marketable manner. I would like to share with you, here, how I came to meet this amazingly talented person.

Towards the end of August last year, I decided to approach a professional graphics designer to help my personal coaching participants with designing brochures and websites for their products and services. My wife helped me enquire some graphics designers on the rates for designing a brochure; it ranged between $600 to $2000 for a simple brochure design.

Now, I was also aware that my personal coaching participants who were just starting out in their business could not afford such high rates. We did not stop at that; I knew undoubtedly that Nature would provide me with another way to accomplish this daunting task. My wife and I continued to think positively for Nature to provide an alternative solution according to our standing. Thoughts are very powerful. Continuous positive thoughts as per your goal will set into motion the Law of Vibration and Attraction which would attract to you all the necessary ideas, people and events to achieve the desired goals. We continued enquiring people we knew if there was anyone who could do the job at a more affordable rate.

Meanwhile, I worked with my participants to complete whatever task left unfinished with regards to each individual's project. There is an explanation to this act; one must make sure that each work is completed on the person's side using the tools provided by Nature. Once there is no backlog, only then Nature would guide the person to the next step. As such, if I had yet to meet a graphic designer according to my requirements, then that clearly indicated that my participants or I had not finished whatever we needed to finish first on our side.

As I was concentrating on this, my wife was working on one of my other projects involving telemarketing. She has been working on this project for the past one year now. She is now in the phase of learning; I would blog on this once the project takes off early next year. Anyway, my wife met Ramesh at one of the telemarketing centers. She did not give much thought to it in the beginning, but later she felt that he was not happy with what he was doing at that moment, his job.

Upon enquiring, she came to know that his passion was more into graphics designing but had not had any opportunity to pursue it. He then presented to my wife some of his sketches ranging from brochures, fashion designs and other related work that he had personally worked on. She was quite impressed with what she saw that she called me immediately to inform me of it.

At that time, I was working with one of my Personal Coaching participants, Amir, who was marketing breads called "Roti Arab Nun". I asked my wife to request Ramesh to design a brochure for Amir's product. The very next day, he came up with a draft which was truly impressive that I immediately asked my wife to arrange for an appointment to meet him.

Ramesh's pleasant and simple personality impressed me in our first meeting itself. He told me that he was formerly a research analyst at a local stock broking firm. After many years there, he resigned and teamed up with two other investors to start a pub cum restaurant. Although the venture turned out profitable, he left the restaurant due to differences with his partners. Later, he tried securing jobs relating to graphic designing as he had realized by then that that was his real passion. He attended a great number of interviews only to be turned down all the way. As he was relating this to me, he sounded utterly frustrated to have not secured even a single chance, to date, to pursue his passion.

I smiled and told him never ever to doubt the power of thoughts, and also Nature's wisdom. He looked at me intently expecting an explanation. I started explaining that thoughts produced by a person contains immense amount of energy. When continuously focused on an idea, it sets forth the Law of Vibration and Attraction into motion, and Nature with the whole universe as its resources gets the job done. I gave him the perfect example on how he and I met: on one end, my wife and I were looking for an excellent graphic designer to help our participants advertise their products while on the other end Ramesh was seriously looking for a single opportunity to pursue his passion as a graphic designer. Accordingly, Nature ARRANGED for us to meet. Following that, it would be totally in our hands to decide what to do next. I also said that if he had been successful with any of the jobs he applied earlier, we would not have met. Thus, never ever question the wisdom of Nature, I said. He nodded as he tried to grasp what I was saying.

Then I gave him an offer; if he was interested I could help him start his own graphics design company and teach him the ropes of doing business by starting off small and building up slowly. He was definitely touched at my offer; that was the first time someone was ever willing to take a chance on him! I told him that what I was doing was exactly what my business partner did for me many years ago when I was down and struggling. Out of the blue, there he was, offering me help. I told Ramesh that Nature sends help through people to those who truly deserve assistance to succeed in life.

Then I explained to him what I was involved in and also about my Personal Coaching participants. I told him frankly that my participants would not be able to pay the high price charged by larger graphic designing companies outside. I also informed him on the increasing demand for graphic designers among small-scale traders in marketing their products and services through brochures and websites. However, as their business is small in terms of size, they would not be able to use his services if he were too expensive.

Ramesh nodded in agreement. He confessed that his only passion at that moment was to design; and if there were someone who was willing to help him achieve his goal, then he would definitely listen. I advised him to register a company first under his name.

Then I arranged for him to meet my Personal Coaching participants to listen to their ideas and negotiate on the price to design brochures and websites for them. Comparably, he charged a more affordable fee than the bigger companies existing in the market. My participants were satisfied. He worked hard to finish their jobs on time. We were very impressed with Ramesh's work; his creativity knew no bounds. He kept on surprising us with each piece of his work.

Now, after four months in operation, he has clients from the language industry, training industry, food industry, packaging industry and telemarketing industry. Jobs are coming in fast as those satisfied with his services recommend him to their friends. However, he limits the number of jobs that he takes, at one time, to maintain the quality of his work.

So, my dear readers, never ever underestimate the power of your thoughts. They can produce miracles. However, it must be focused and concentrated on your goal. Lackluster thoughts produce lackluster results. As much as positive thoughts produce positive results, similarly negative thoughts will eventually produce negative results.

Some people have peculiar thoughts; they may say they have a goal to buy a big bungalow. However, in the same breath they ridicule themselves by saying how are they to achieve it when they could not even afford their current rental. What they are doing here is simply making their mind and body weak. Repetition of such thoughts, negative thoughts in general, destroy you.

As such, focus your thoughts undividedly on your goals. Remember, energy is pure. It is you who decide whether it be positive or negative. Wishing you the very best.
