Lose Weight Using Laxatives

How often have you told yourself that you want to lose weight but no matter how hard you exercise and diet, you either have little result to show or after having some small successes, you put back on all the weight you have lost? This could be because your mind may harbor negative thoughts like "It is difficult for me to lose weight" or "I have always been fat, so I will give it a try because I will probably not lose much weight."



To try means that you have no confidence that you will lose weight. When you say it is difficult, you have already lost half the battle and when small obstacles presents itself, you will think, see, I told you it is difficult for me to lose weight and using this excuse to give up on whatever weight loss program you are on.

So the challenge is to give your mind a positive makeover and change your negative thinking. Creative visualization and affirmations are excellent tools to help you lose weight. In fact, you can use these techniques for many other purposes such as attracting money, holiday vacations, good career and love. By visualizing and affirming your ideal body shape, you are programming your subconscious mind to shape your body to look as close to your mental picture as possible.

This does not mean that using visualization and positive affirmation will completely change the shape of your body. It means that if you visualize and affirm in accordance with the laws of attraction, you will improve the way your body look and reduce its weight. Most world class athletes are using these mental programming techniques to smash world records.

It is a fact that your thoughts and emotions affect your body for better or worse, depending on your predominant thoughts and emotions. Negative thinking, stress, fear, excitement, worry and anger do hurt your body. Under these conditions the body releases toxins into the blood, which affect it adversely. Is it any wonder that people with negative thoughts are more prone to obesity, stroke, high blood pressure and heart attacks? On the other hand, positive thinking people are always finding happiness, love, wealth, healing and whatever they desire.

You can use the connection between your mind and your body to your advantage. The subconscious mind accepts and treats both real conditions and imagined conditions as real. This means that if you visualize and affirm yourself as being slim, your subconscious mind will accept what you visualize as true, and will act to make your body to conform to your mental image.

Of course, the chances of success will be much greater, if in addition to visualization you reduce your calorie consumption by following an easy diet plan and get on with an exercise program. If you do not know how to plan your diet and what exercise to do, you can always approach any gym instructor or fitness personal trainer for their advice.

The following are some tips for losing weight through visualization and affirmation.

*Lie down in a quiet place at least twice a day, if possible just after you wake up in the morning and before you drift off to sleep at night, to visualize and affirm the body as you wishes it to be. Leave your worries, doubts and other negative thoughts behind and concentrate hard on your intention.

*Mentally picture yourself slim, well toned and beautiful with your ideal weight. DO NOT think of how you look now. You are now creating a new reality. See yourself at the beach or pool sashaying in your slender body. If you are a man, imagine people getting fascinated by your six pack abs muscles. Picture how gorgeous you are. Imagine yourself wearing all those tight sexy clothing that you have always wanted to wear.

*Visualize your friends complimenting you about how good looking your body is. Imagine the scene as real and is happening right now, not sometime in the future. All affirmations must be in present tense such as "I am slimmer today."

*Construct in your mind mental imageries that will charge your emotions. Mentally picture the images alive and colorful. The more emotionally energized you are, the power of attracting what you desire will be even greater.

*By visualizing your body as you wish it to look, your subconscious mind will direct you to eat the healthy food in the right quantities and direct you to exercise.

*After your affirmation and visualization sessions, don't sabotage your efforts by conjuring up negative thoughts such as "This is ridiculous, I cannot lose weight this way". If you think negative thoughts, you will destroy all the work you have done previously. When thoughts of disbelief creep into your mind, immediately replace them with positive thoughts and affirmations. Let only thoughts of your ideal body shape swirl and dance your mind.

Like everything else, a determined persistency is the key until you get the result you that you want. The way you think affects your body. Think about losing weight, not what you want to avoid. Think about such how you want to look, not about being overweight.

It is very important to believe in what you visualize and affirm. Forget past failures of losing weight and reject all disbeliefs, doubts and negative thoughts. Keep projecting the image of your ideal body shape on your mind and your disbelief and inner resistance will crumble away. Affirmations and creative visualizations are powerful techniques to manifest anything that you desire and to lose weight is only one of them.
Lose Weight Using Laxatives
Use any Internet search engine and you will find several million web pages devoted to the subject. Unfortunately, many websites that sell hypnosis CDs make wild, unsubstantiated claims. I've been in the industry since 1978. So I think that I'm more than competent to set the record straight on weight loss hypnosis.

First of all, self-hypnosis is a tool, just like a scalpel is a tool. Just as all of the various surgeons have different skill levels in the use of a scalpel, different hypnotherapists have varying skill levels in the use of self-hypnosis. And to complicate the matter, there are many different forms and types of self-hypnosis.

Here are just a few of the wild claims about weight loss hypnosis that I've read on websites on the Internet, along with the the real story:

"Hypnotism will speed up your metabolism." The truth is that self-hypnosis will never directly speed up your metabolism. But it can be very effective at helping to re-program your subconsious mind with increased motivation to exercise. And exercise can dramatically speed up your metabolic rate. Similarly, self-hypnosis to speed up the metabolism for quick weight loss can be effected by re-programming the subconsious mind to motivate the intake of increased amounts of protein, because that intake will step up the metabolic rate.

"Hypnotism will make you lose some weight." This is false. But self-hypnosis can be used to help get rid of your appetite, so that you eat less. And eating less can help you to lose some weight.

The average person's appetite and urges for food and compulsion to eat are caused by two unconscious programs:

A. When you pair eating with any other behavior, the other behavior will trigger cravings for food and a desire to eat. This is called a conditioned response. For example, if you eat as you drive your car, you will get an urge to eat every time you drive a car.

B. When you feel stressed, you feel an urge to put something into your mouth for relaxation and pleasure. This is the result of training that you received as a baby. When you got crabby, your mom or dad put a bottle in your mouth. You got distracted, relaxed, and probably fell asleep. Now when you get cranky (anxious or tense), you feel compelled to put something into your mouth for relaxation and pleasure.

C. There is a third unconscious program that is present for some people. It's called emotional eating. Emotional eating takes place when a person is motivated to make him or herself fat, because by being fat they will protect themselves in some way. For example, if a person gets their heart broken in a relationship, their subconsious mind can usually motivate them into a behavior that can prevent them from getting their heart broken again. Example: They are motivated to become overweight to keep them out of another relationship, because that will eliminate the possibility of another broken heart.

So just how can self-hypnosis for losing weight remedy the above problems?

Let us cover them one at a time.

In paragraph "A" above: Conditioned responses can be "obliterated" easily and immediately using a approach that I call the "Flash." The Flash trains the subconscious mind to setup a new set of triggers and responses. In the above example, the subject had unconsciously associated the picture of food in the hand, with the image of a TV. Each time he / she began to watch the TV, the subconsious mind filled in the missing part of the picture, it "Flashed" the mental image of the food in the hand, and the subject felt a urge, and a compulsion to eat.

The Flash is a technique that enables us to program the subconsious mind to use the mental picture of the TV as a trigger for a mental picture of the self, watching TV while not eating. When we lose the impression of the food, we lose the cravings.

When we momentarily disassociate (see ourselves from the point of view that another individual would), we are not able to feel our feelings (cravings and urges).

When we see ourselves in an action (watching the television without eating), we feel compelled to engage in that behavior. So the subject loses the cravings, and actually gets a compulsion to reject food.

In paragraph "B" above: The subject is eating and drinking for relaxation and pleasure. We teach the subject self-hypnosis for weight loss, because the very essence of the hypnotic state is deep relaxation. And we utilize the "Flash" to program the subconsious mind to use the mental pictures that are triggering feelings of tension, as triggers for secondary thoughts and mental images that will cause feelings of peace in their place. When the subject feels more relaxed overall, oral cravings are drastically reduced.

In paragraph "C" above: We discussed obsessive eating which makes the person get fat. The "behavior" of being overweight then provides some sort of emotional protection. So we use a technique called a six-step reframe, which re-programs the subconsious mind to accept the responsibility for making the subject automatically substitute some other more acceptable behavior that will provide the same emotional protection, in place of being overweight. And that reframe will get rid of the compulsion to eat for emotional purposes.
