In multi-level marketing, you establish a network of friends and clients who can buy things from you, or who can expand their own networks and have their own buyers too. Another way for you to make money from multi-level marketing is through referrals. In multi-level marketing, you can refer someone to the program, and each time that person makes money, you get your own commissions, too. This means that you do not only have to recruit a large number of people to serve as your “downlines” in multi-level marketing. You also have to recruit people who are as driven as you are, and are as willing to spend time, money, and effort in order to get their own downlines, sell their goods and services, and, in short, be as enthusiastic in the business as you are.

How can you best do this? To recruit people do not make a shot in the dark and do not spam peoples' mailboxes with emails on how they should join your program. Talk to people one at a time, and build your downlines through quality, not quantity.
