When it comes to weight loss products it all depends on the type of individual you are and what type of weight loss you are trying to accomplish. We are all different genetically and chemically.

In the tests conducted, a 500mg pill was given to a tightly controlled test group twice daily before their meals. The group, ranging in age from about 30 to 70 years of age reported no known side effects.

During these tests it was also discovered that the glycosides, the natural weight loss element extracted from caralluma appeared to work extremely well as an appetite suppressant which even exceeded that of the well know Hoodia.

Caralluma is much less complex in it's chemical composition than it's rival Hoodia and as such is much cheaper to produce. It also appears much safer as it is not currently mixed with other weight loss ingredients as Hoodia appears to be.

Appetite suppression is only one of many factors being discovered about Caralluma extract. Current test are also finding it to be effective in blood pressure control, diabetes and even in anti inflammatory evaluations.

One tip to help keep you on track is to make sure to frequently think about your reasons for wanting to lose weight and what will be better about your life once you have lost the weight. The majority of individuals don't simply want to lose weight, they have some other more compelling issue that is driving them to lose weight. Some might want to be better able to play with their kids. Some may want to fit into sexy clothes again. Some may want to be fit enough again to enjoy certain activities. Whatever the reason is for you, once you figure it out, if you'll keep that motivating reason in your thoughts, your chances for succeeding on your natural weight loss plan will be greatly improved.

You'll need to frequently focus your thoughts on your main reason(s) to lose weight in order to maintain a high level of motivation. I suggest writing your motivating factors down in such a way that it will enhance your motivation every time you read it. Since the mind typically works to avoid negative things and to seek out positive things, I suggest writing down your list of motivators with something negative you wish to avoid and something positive you wish to achieve as a result of losing weight. As an example, if you are tired of hearing fat jokes and people whispering about your weight problem, you could write something along the lines of, "I am committed and highly motivated to lose weight because I am no longer willing to be the subject of fat jokes and gossip. I am excited to be achieving my weight loss goals and hearing people say how great I look!"

You'll want to put your written motivation statement in a location where you will see it frequently throughout the day. It is important to take the time to actually stop and read it - and think about what you are reading - don't just rush through it. Allow youself to really get into the feelings of that motivating statement.

Due to all of the possible influences that can interrupt your weight loss efforts, it is very important to stay focused on the underlying reasons you want to lose weight. By frequently reminding yourself of your real reasons to lose weight, it will be much easier to stay motivated and ultimately to follow-through on your natural weight loss plan and become a success story!
