Are you one of those individuals who've adopted a very strict eating regime? Or are you one of the many who basically eat anything that's there? I have been taking these for the past 12 years. I think every human being should consume a daily vitamin. It's very simple to do and it only takes a split second. How hard is that! Take one with your meal each day.
Secondly, I love whey protein. Don't think it is only for sick people or body builders. I love the way this new protein shake offers so much protein in such a small portion. It's very convenient to drink in the morning and at lunch time. Heck, you can down one of these whenever you please and acquire about 30 extra grams of protein. That's great for your muscles.
The thing about new-age health supplements is that they're really geared to give you all the good stuff and keep out the bad.
The things you don't want are cholesterol, sugar, saturated fat and salt. We all get enough of these things as it is.

Our conversation continued until the captain announced that we would soon be landing. From this altitude the Big City appeared so peaceful that one could almost believe it to be sleeping. Yet, it was a hive of activity at all hours of the day and night. In a few minutes we would be on the ground.
Gideon stood up and said, ?We must get back to our assigned seats, John. We'll see you later.?
Marla followed him, smiling as she passed by. ?See you soon,? she said as they both proceeded to the rear of the plane.
It was a textbook landing with hardly a ripple as we touched down and taxied to the gate. A few minutes later,we prepared to disembark. There was no need for rushing, since we had arrived right on schedule. I thought I'd remain in my seat for a short while to wait for Marla and Gideon. By this time the plane was almost empty, but I was sure that they could not have passed by without my seeing them. A few minutes later I stood up and looked around. I was the only one left on the plane.
Marla and Gideon had done it again. They had completely disappeared into thin air. Not at all surprised, I picked up my small travel bag, adjusted my tie and exited the plane. An hour and a half later, I arrived at the hotel where my meeting was to be held. It would last about an hour. After that I would be meeting with the President and Chairman of the Board of G&M Enterprises, Inc.!
