The surprising thing is that the foods on this list are ones you might normally eat anyway, and may even like. This list includes apples, apricots, blackberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, cherries, cranberries, grapefruit, grapes, honeydew melons, lemons, limes, mangoes, pineapples, peaches, pears, raspberries, strawberries, and watermelon. Of course, vegetables are also going to be a part of this list. Artichokes, asparagus, beets, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, corn, cucumber, eggplant, green beans, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, peas, peppers, radishes, red cabbage, sauerkraut, scallions, spinach, string beans, and turnips all contribute to burning fat you don't really need.
