2) Drinking Water
It may sound silly but drinking enough water for your body can help you in losing weight. You may find it hard to believe but water can help improve the digestion of your stomach and keep your body alive. Not only that, it can also make you feel less hungry at those between meals so you will not keep on eating all the time. Don't take this lightly, drink at least 8 glasses of plain water everyday to achieve good effect.
3) Proper Diet
Different people, age and size of body need different diet. If you are not one of those who likes to play sport but you eat food same amount as a body builder, it can only do you more harm than good. You need to understand your body needs. Take food with less sugar and fat is always a good idea.
4) Change Your Routine
